Over 152,000 Trucks Delivered Grains in Rosario and Buenos Aires

In May, 152,429 trucks delivered grains to ports and mills in Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Necochea, and Rosario, with soybeans making up 59% of the total. The highest daily count was on May 16 with 7,838 trucks. Rosario received 64% of the deliveries. Truck numbers increased by 107.9% from April and 162% year-over-year. For the 2023/24 season, 173,718 trucks delivered 5.2 million tons of soybeans, an 83.8% increase from the previous season, while 192,315 trucks delivered 5.8 million tons of corn, a 116.6% increase from 2022/23.
